The new 2010 version 4.00 of the electronic
questionnaire is now available only in online version.
As
you are aware questionnaires have a tendency to lose their pertinence
with the passage of time, the evolution of language, and changes in
social values.
This is why ONE TEC regularly re-examines the validity of the entire
questionnaire question by question and makes an analysis of the orthogonality
of the scales.
In 2006 a fundamental revision was made based on a sample of more than
3000 profiles.
The statistical study was carried out by Dr Heiko Hansjosten in Germany
and guided us in modifying the wording of some questions which were
also influenced by Daniele Ribola our Jungian specialist from the Tessin.
Version 4.00 of the questionnaire
will replace all version and only in online version

IMPORTANT NEWS FOR CONSULTANTS
New user interface
The user interface of
the profiles generator has been facelifted and new functionalities added.
It is now much simpler to use. Very much attention has been devoted
to intuitive navigation. You will find out how it works in minutes.
The new features are:
- Opening client or project
folders is now very simple, just click on the icon and you will get
an arborescence very similar to the Windows Explorer
- The navigation of the
profiles generator is limited to two levels
- The generated report files
(profiles, scores, development profiles) now appear with a file name
based on the participants name
- You can just add participants
and find them on top of the list of projects and clients
- You can attribute participants
to another project or client
New products
Leonardo 3.4.5 generates
now 3 products:
- The scores which include since the beginning of the year the
recruiting tool on four pages with graphic presentations of the participants
preferences and the probably developed skills. As the unique tool
on the market, it also presents the skills a participant could easily
develop if he has to change position. This tool is intended for the
HR-Professional, who wants to have a basis for the interview.
- The profile
includes the descriptive part of the preferences
of the participant on approximately 10 pages. It is intended as a
first approach or as a give away after an interview with negative
issue or as a preparation for the next interview.
- The full profile
includes the in depth analysis with all the
self-assessment tools as a powerful tool for coaching or team development.
The full profile is available only for the accredited Leonardo 3.4.5
consultants.
New accreditation system
- The Self-accreditation:
the self-accreditation is a way to get access to Leonardo 3.4.5 without
participating in an accreditation seminar. It is intended for consultants
who wish to use Leonardo 3.4.5 only for recruiting purposes or in
an otherwise limited context. The self-accreditation (Level 1 Accreditation)
entitles the consultant to generate the scores and the profiles.
- The Accreditation Seminar (Level 2 Accreditation)
entitles the consultant to use all the features of Leonardo 3.4.5
in Team building, Organisation Development, etc. With a Level 2 Accreditation
you benefit from special prices for all the products and you have
access to all the editable seminar and sales supports. The seminar
will give you a full understanding oh how to get the most from Leonardo
3.4.5 in consultancy : team coaching, individual coaching, risk
assessment linked to team composition and many more.
